April Cordell-Bryant

LPC, Trauma & Crisis Management

April Cordell-Bryant is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis Management. She served for several years as a Traumatologist with Green Cross; an international service providing crisis therapy after natural or man made disasters.

 

Prior to becoming a therapist she served in the United States Military for 16 years and five years as a police officer. Her passion has always been to create a safe space for everyone, no matter what their background. She serves this counsel with her knowledge in the areas of mental health, leadership, law enforcement, and cultural inclusion.

 

As a lesbian from the Augusta County area she has a unique perspective of where she wants this organization to go and what services she knows would have helped her remain safe in her most vulnerable moments.
