Join us for safe, socially distanced gatherings in parks throughout the Shenandoah Valley!

Come at 10 a.m. and enjoy a walk, or come at 11 a.m. and gather for a picnic. Or come to both!

This family friendly event is offered through a mental health grant from Augusta Health. Social support and time in nature are both shown to improve mental health, especially during the social distancing requirements of the COVID pandemic.
